How It Works
Our number one goal is to see an injured person and their family recover from their accident- both physically and financially. We represent our clients on a contingency fee basis, which means we aren’t paid unless we reach a settlement with the party at fault. We front any and all costs related to your case and are reimbursed when your case settles. Contact us for a free case consultation.
Preparing Your Case
We will work closely with you to track your medical treatment and injuries, as you rest and get well. We then organize and assimilate the medical records from this treatment. During this time, we are also investigating the facts of your claim, and talking to witnesses, gathering statements, and undertaking our own investigation of the accident. It’s our job to handle the investigation and paperwork behind the scenes and it’s your job to get well.
Fighting for your Rights
As you focus on getting well, we then prepare all the paperwork and send to the entity that is at fault for the accident. Certain deadlines for their response will be included in the demand letter and we will hear from them in a very short amount of time. The settlement negotiation process will then have begun. During this time, we are in constant contact with you as we both determine whether to accept or reject any settlement offer by the insurance company.
If Needed, Litigation
If you are not satisfied with the insurance company’s settlement offer or if the insurance company refuses to make an offer, we will move forward with litigation. We are open to a generous offer from the insurance company during this time, at which time your case may be settled. While very few personal injury claims actually go to trial or arbitration (most cases are settled) Banner Attorneys will prepare your case to go to trial or arbitration from the onset.
